All in all they offer excellent service.

Amazing hotel with free parking, a gym, and a swimming pool. The staff were helpful during my first stay, guiding me to great shopping spots. I can't wait to come back for Christmas!

Pleasant stay for our family vacation. Big size and tidy venue with a good value and attentive and knowledgeable staff. Relaxing and impressive room with full sized fridge. Comfy location, easy walk to everywhere. Found in the pretty area. Easy to reach from Eppley airport, 21 minutes drive.

Lots of space for the price. The courtyard atrium was very nice and comfortable to hang out in. Lots of big plants and light. Breakfast was good.

The carpeting and some furnishings need to be replaced. There was an odd whining noise in the bedroom that was loud enough to be distracting. Air conditioning hard to control. Not great soundproofing.

Nothing was right.

The room was spacious with a nice layout, but it did have some issues. It felt a bit musty, and there were minor annoyances like a broken coffee maker lid and sagging drapes. The bathtub looked chipped, and I found a towel from the previous guest still hanging in the shower. There was no clock, odd. The living room TV had no cord, and we had to plug in the lamps ourselves. The space was nice but definitely needs better maintenance.

The spaciousness of the rooms, have refrigerator in the room, microwave, coffee maker ..

I traveled with a dog, in addition to my family, the armchair in my room was broken, in the room on the carpet I found an alcayata (spike) and a nut - which made me doubt the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel. The bedding was clean, but it was cold in the sleeping area. Breakfast was too simple and we had to eat in the room because there was no suitable area for it.

The indoor heated pool is great. My room had some cleanliness issues, specifically the bathroom floor.

the overall cleanliness of the hotel left a lot to be desired. I had to go to the front desk and ask them to remove a bag of trash that had been sitting in the hall near our room for over a day. The were tortilla chips on the ground in front of the elevator on the 4th floor that were there for the entire 4 day visit. The showers had not been cleaned well and the toilet still had feces on the back of the bowl from the previous guest. Gross

Great price, beautiful hotel. Double room was beautiful and lots of room. Will highly recommend to everyone.

The beds were not comfortable. But my body is difficult and should have brought own pillow from home. The pool was great but could have been cleaner around it and out on patio. Ml

I loved the breakfast buffet, too! Definitely would return!

The atrium was beautiful the layout was kinda cool, staff were super nice

The bathroom was absolutely tiny, you had no room to use the toilet if the door was open, the tub filled up with like 5 inches of water in a ten minute shower, the air never really got cold, the elevator floors were gross and dirty, the pool water was foggy and the jets in the hot tub didn't work.
